Applications
Categories often need an overhaul to ignite growth. Understanding Consumer attitudes & needs and underlying Shopper habits help to identify gaps and opportunities related to the Category’s current performance. Applying a Shopper Design lens to understanding the current situation and simulating new scenarios can provide the insights & confidence to invest in a new growth plan

How It Works
The Category Deep Dive has three key phases: 1) Shopper Audit & Competitive Assessment which establishes the starting point hypotheses of what needs to happen to drive growth, 2) Quantitative Simulations test the hypotheses with Category Shoppers and identify which variables are most impactful to drive future growth, and 3) a Shopper Design Playbook is provided to the commercial team to support & amplifying existing plans
