How It Works

The Category Deep Dive has three key phases: 1) Shopper Audit & Competitive Assessment which establishes the starting point hypotheses of what needs to happen to drive growth, 2) Quantitative Simulations test the hypotheses with Category Shoppers and identify which variables are most impactful to drive future growth, and 3) a Shopper Design Playbook is provided to the commercial team to support & amplifying existing plans
